tip for people who are fasting !! if you can drink water i highly reccomend adding lemon and cucumber slices!! it gives the water a sweet taste,
craving frozen grapes cs i (personally) think they taste like ice cream but im sick so my dad wont let me have cold food ๐

me and my friend are doing a 3 day fast tg starting tmrw and itโs so motivating. usually itโs so hard for me to fast, but making it into a sorta competition makes it sooo much easier.

I donโt drink, I donโt smoke, all I have is caffeine.
I hate the weekends. I can never control myself.
Between 500-600 not the worst day but could have been better if I didnโt have to eat dinner.๐
I hate purging but still feeling some food in me. ๐
Just binged and purged, time to spend the next 2 hours on a workout bike. (I have the flu.)
I hate the week, but I hate the fatty foods my family gets on the weekends more.
Iโm in a loop, I restrict, then I binge and Iโm back where I started.
