Here's what i had for lunch! It's not the most aesthetic but it was actually so tasty, I think I'm gonna have to eat something in the morning because today I was *suffering* anyways this was 133 kcal
It was:
A one egg omelette- 74 kcal
Chicken- 2 tbsp- 30 kcal
Greek yogurt- 1 tbsp- 10 kcal
I added some chilli flakes, garlic and parsley for flavour
A cup of coffee with 1 tbsp full fat milk and 1 tsp sugar which came to 29 kcal
I thought I was the smallest out of all my friends so i was only gonna restrict calories for another week but it turns out one of thems taller than me but still only 46 kilos I'm going fucking crazy why can't that be me

Today I had 729 calories, I really wanna cut down though because I haven't really lost any weight in the past week😭
For breakfast/lunch dad made me some sausages and eggs and I felt bad so I didn't wanna turn it down😭 it was 353 calories
I had a little meal around 5 because I get hungry around then, it was around 25 calories
For dinner I had what I had yesterday which is some glazed salmon with some leftover creamy potatoes which was 350 calories
All up today I consumed 1190 kcal and I feel so gross😭 I can't wait for school tomorrow so it takes my mind off of being hungry, I just had that dinner and I actually feel disgusting
For breakfast I had:
poached eggs on toast (352 kcal) and a banana and cinnamon smoothie (163 kcal)
For a snack:
Fried tofu (106 kcal)
For lunch:
4 rice cakes with canned tuna (148 kcal)
For dinner:
Chips, coleslaw and half a bit of chicken schnitzel that my mum got me (421 kcal)
All up this was 956.5 calories and like 850 of them was the pizza😭 I ended up having in order to like, make my mum less suspicious but I actually feel so gross, probably gonna fast until dinner tomorrow. I'm so happy I didn't eat anything before dinner because I was dangerously close to my limit

Back from my meta weekend and it made me feel so gross😭 I think I might cut it back to one day a week instead of two, anyways this was 718 calories, I'm getting some protein powder next week which I'm really looking forward to!
I only had dinner today and for that I had a cheese, lettuce and ham sandwich which was 324 calories, rice cakes with ham, lettuce and carrot which was 265 and a little lettuce wrap with ham and cheese which was 129 calories
I was pretty busy today so I only ended up having a couple things, total being 232 kcal. I did have a couple snacks I had like 5 crackers but I wasn't able to take a photo of that </3 but I'm not too worried since you know it's def not gonna put me over a thousand
For dinner I had a one egg omelette with carrot, tofu, lettuce and parsley which was 94 kcal
For dessert I had some cooked apple with cinnamon topped with weetbix and Greek yoghurt which was 138 kcal
I think this is gonna be my new safe food because oh my god it's actually so yum and only 114 kcal for the three of them. I am literally obsessed like you have no idea
Just had a quest bar and I'm sorry but they taste so bad😭 I think if I really got a craving for something sweet I'd rather just have a chocolate bar and go for a run or something. They only had the cookies and cream one so maybe that's just a bad flavour?
I made a little fruit bowl with yoghurt! Only 126 kcal
Greek yoghurt- 1/4 cup- 63 kcal
Half a banana- 53 kcal
Blueberries- 1/8 cup- 10 kcal
