Both books are out and I thought I'd post the cover of the first chapter.
I also decided to finally start signing my stuff.
So ye. Hope your having a good day :)
If I had the motivation to write again I would write an MHA fanfic. I don't know about what, but definitely one of those fics "What if that happened differently" and probably Izuku centered.
Probably a villain!deku fic because I can't find any good ones that are completed.
hii !
the third chapter of can you melt a frozen heart? (or will you let it burn down?) is out! it's titled 'and i'm a witness watching it' , hope you enjoy!
Shouto still did not like the League of Villains. He, once again, stood against a wall, however, this time Touya stayed close to him. It reassured him. Touya literally radiated heat, so Shouto could feel him by his side. Call him a baby but he felt untouchable with his big brother near him. More than a bodyguard, Touya acted like a hero in his eyes. If All Might could maintain peace in Japan, Touya could maintain safety in Shouto’s life. * “So, why is the troupe gathered?” Mister Compress asked from the bar where he sat, stimming with a duo of marbles in his hand. Toga commented how she thought they were a league and not a troupe. Shigaraki got up and - oh god that hand was truly disgusting. Anyway, Shigaraki got up and stood before everyone while scratching his neck.
“UA’s organizing a training camp for the first-year students. We’re gonna sabotage it.”
Au where Keigo ended up like his father, whilst Touya ended up a pro hero. Keigo had the villain name of Hawks, and Touya had the hero name of Dabi. Hawks was considered un-stoppable, as no one could catch him. One day, after a bank heist, Hawks got into a scuffle with Dabi, in which the fight led to an allyway. Hawks was winning until Dabi pushed himself and exterted too much blue flame at Hawks. Hawks managed to dodge and laughed at Dabi's attempt, only to stop as he realizes that Dabi hurt himself. Hawks lands and moves near Dabi, visible concern on his face. He asks if he is alright, to which Dabi rebuttles about the fake sympathy. Hawks retorts about how he is a villain, not a heartless monster, and proceeds to leave the bags of money he stole and secretly wisks Dabi away to his secret hideout to patch Dabi up. Dabi realizing that Hawks never keeps the money he steals and that Hawks uses the money on necessities such as food, clothes, etc. After patching up Dabi, Hawks gives him the option to arrest him. Dabi thanks Hawks for patching up his burns, with his lips. Dabi doesnt arrest him, but instead secretly provides for him by letting Hawks move in with him, in which Hawks becomes domesticated and turns into a lethal house husband.
(Warning: For this post contains death, blood, and probably your favorite characters dying?)
A crowd of civilians passed as the sun began to set. Many go home, while some go out to have fun. News spread like a wildfire when Hawks turned to the villain side. Many heroes ended up becoming targets, as did the Hero Public Safety Commission. In over a span of 1 month, over half of the heroes in Japan had already been killed or retired. Though the past few weeks have been rather safe. Too safe. Rumors said that the League of Villains had ceased all evil, while others say that Hawks was killed. Some say Hawks had fled when Endeavor was close to burning his wings to ash. No one really knew, all anyone did know, was that it was safe. But could that be true?
"Oh come on, it's been rather peaceful these past weeks, why don't we celebrate by going to a Kareoke bar?" A woman said to her friends.
"I don't really want to go anywhere knowing Hawks is still alive and flying free!" One of the women retorted.
"Oh please, it's super safe for us! Hawks doesn't target random citizens, it's too much of a risk for him." Another woman commented
"Mmm, you three are probably right. I mean, it's not like Hawks has any reason to kidnap women and use them as ransom, now is there?" A deep and sinister voice spoke from behind them. Or was it above? Maybe in front, the women could never tell. It's as if the wind itself said something to them.
A sudden unraveling of red and a gust of wind sent the women to the floor. A quick and precise hit on the back of the head knocked them all unconscious. It wasn't until hours later did they awaken, tied down, and mouths taped. They weren't bruised, cut, or even harmed in any way. If anything, scared and perhaps even traumatized would be a word to describe how they felt. No blindfolds meant the women could see their surroundings, and from what they could tell, they weren't in some run-down abandoned building like most would expect. In fact, they seemed to be trapped in a rather luxurious room which really seemed to throw the women for a loop. "Wakey wakey sleepy heads. It's time to start the show!" The same voice from before spoke, this time with more enthusiasm. The women turned their heads toward the voice, and there they saw, the one and only, Hawks. Hawks stood there in his mutated, feathered glory. The women were horrified by his demeanor and let out muffled shrieks, but they still ended up hurting Hawks' ears slightly due to the enhanced senses. He winced slightly but recovered swiftly, sauntering to the other side of the room. He grabbed what looked to be a tripod and a camera, which he set them up and plugged into a nearby computer. After a while, he turned on the camera, and broadcast his message to the public. Everyone in Japan became fearful of Hawks, knowing that not only were heroes targets but so were civilians. Panic spread and immediately the top heroes of Japan began their search. The younger heroes in training decide to put matters into their own hands and try to stop the league by setting up a trap. While the heroes searched, the video of the kidnapped women played on repeat, about Hawks willing to set them free if the heroes surrendered to him and became his slaves. Of course, they wouldn't accept and instead of replying, they spent their time searching. Searching in vain. By the 5th broadcast, Hawks had already taken the women to a new location. Dabi had burned the room to destroy any evidence, while compress, compressed the camera and other equipment. Off the league and Hawks went as 7 hours went by before the heroes found the location, burned to a crisp. Blue embers remained, meant to look as if it was recently burned. The heroes believed that the League left not too long ago. The younger heroes managed to track down Hawks and the rest of the League but had no plan in terms of rescuing the civilians or how to get past Hawks himself. In fact, they were not really aware of just how powerful the former number 2 pro was now due to AFO enhancing his quirks.
They tried. Even with the big three's help, they tried. Most of the league was taken out... Except. For. Hawks. Mirio would try to sneak up on Hawks from behind or under him, but Hawks was quick, too quick. He could dodge easily, always able to sense Mirio in the floors, walls, or the roof. It took 1 slash in the chest to put him out of condition. Tamaki used every animal ability he could to stop Hawks, even using his super moves, Tamaki couldn't stop the mighty Hawks. Nejire's Wave Motion (Surge for the dub watchers), could prevent Hawks from flying, but after calculating her moves and predicting her next attack, Hawks was able to slip a feather behind her and pierce a pressure point, causing her to fall and be out of commission. Midoriya tried his best against the feathered foe, damaging him greatly, but one of the league villains became conscious and could aid Hawks. The villain in question is Mr. Compress, and he uncompresses debris at the young heroes causing them to stagger or spread out a bit. This gave Hawks time to send a flurry of feathers at the young heroes, piercing, slicing skin, and even destroying any hero equipment they have. Most of them became unconscious due to blood loss or being pierced in vital organs. Thankfully Hawks was Merciful to the young heroes, he claimed to not kill any if they surrendered and obeyed him and the league. Throwing out any heroic beliefs and ambition, join him and the league in becoming villains. The many defeated heroes in training surrendered, maybe less than half not backing down. Those who didn't surrender were met with a swift death. Unfortunate? Yes, but Hawks did give them a chance. Their rebellion against him made them Heroes, and Hawks did NOT like heroes, let out did he let them live if he had the chance.
The fear in the young heroes, well, young villains, grew as they realize just how easily Hawks could have killed them without even trying. They then realized he only fought them out of the pure enjoyment of a challenge. How easy was it for Hawks to kill? A deep slash at the throat or a piercing to the heart and lungs was all it took, and in the blink of an eye as well. "Let your former friends be an example of what happens to those who dare try and defy me." Hawks laughed out like the maniac he became, the only horrific detail was that it was his natural calm and collected laugh. Not threatening, but it absolutely struck fear to the teenagers that Hawks didn't need to sound threatening to be threatening.
The young ones that followed Hawks and the League were escorted with feathers aimed at the back of their heads. If Hawks sensed any sort of rebellion or dishonesty, they would fall before you could even blink. Which did happen to some of the young ones. Ochaco tried to get the jump on Hawks, and died in the same breath she took. Mineta panicked and tried to run away, only for his heels to be sliced, preventing him from any escape. Mr. Compress compressed him and put Mineta in his pocket, as he did with the rest of the League who fell during the battle. Mina's acid wasn't strong enough to burn Hawks' wings, at least, not anymore. Fear kept the young new recruits from trying anything, and so they walked. They walked until they were commanded to do anything else.
Hours passed before the Heroes were able to find the corpses of the young heroes. It took almost everything in their willpower to not vomit or cry or scream. Young heroes, teenagers, barely starting their lives, are gone. Endeavor didn't see his son here, neither of them. Did young Shoto join the league? Did he even join the battle, to begin with? And what about Young Midoryia? Where was he? Endeavor was unsure, but what he was sure of, was that there was a trail. A trail of blood. He was determined to follow it and bring the League down. Unfortunately, after following the bloody trail for 10 minutes, it suddenly stopped. No blood, no trace, not even a smell of where the rest of the kids went. Hawks' scent was traceable, but only for so long before it was too high to track. The Heroes that remained needed a plan, their spirits not broken, but rather filled with more determination to capture the League and Hawks. They will avenge those who lost their lives. They will avenge Japan.
I lil preview for tomorrows post
Hawks and the league (VillainHawks AU) Part 1.
Hawks successfully became a member of the LoV, how? He finally snapped. After being asked to assassinate a young child for having a life threatening quirk, he came to realize something. The commission is just as fucked as the people we call villains. Why did they want him to kill the kid? He didn't know, but after some digging, he found out that the kid was the son of a rather dangerous villain. However, due to the kid being locked up their whole life, they have no self awareness whatsoever. Making them a rather dangerous threat to Japan. Hawks couldn't do it, it reminded him of himself as a kid. Being caged just because his father was a criminal. So what did Hawks do instead? He brought the head of the president of the commission to the base of the LoV.
The whole league was stunned by the presentation. Toga wanted to keep the head, while twice was equally disgusted as he was intrigued. When questioned, Hawks confessed his stress being a top hero and how some things he was asked to do, could be considered rather questionable. He just wanted time to relax, to be free of work, to make a world where heroes have too much time on their hands. And what better way than to rid all heroes from society?
Once being accepted, he got to meet AFO. Not face to face of course, but through a rather long and informative call about the wasted potential Hawks was. How he could improve, and how he could use his quirk to do more than the bare minimum of what he does already.
Afo offered to give Hawks a quirk that made him more feral, more primal, more... animalistic. Hawks agreed, only to know how it would affect him, and boy did he love it.
His normal hands, now equipped with razor sharp talons able to cut through steel with ease. His eyes more enhanced than they were before, along with all his other senses. He now bared fangs, and a taste for blood, similar to toga. He no longer required his visor and headphones for protection as he flied, for his body had adapted to the high wind pressures and sun rays. His shoulders became more broad, and his fierce wings quirk was twice as strong. His body now more nimble, and his feet bared sharp talon like nails. His back was layered with coverts, while his shoulders were covered in scapulars. All in all, Hawks was now a beast of a bird-man. He now wore cargo shorts with wrappings on his wrists and feet. His chest bare and his body sculpted. His hair went down to his shoulder blades, and his five front stands were now shorter than his actual hair. He grew slightly, now 6ft. His wings were bigger as well to the point that his primaries dragged on the ground.
Hawks had been MIA for a year after killing the president of the HPSC, which led to rumors spreading like wildfire. Some say he immigrated east, some say he lost his hero license, others say he was killed. Though recent sightings lead to rumors of Hawks being turned into a Nomu. It wasn't until a month later did the question become answered of what happened to Hawks.
The LoV had attacked a company that specialized in hero support gear, and when heroes came into the scene, all that could be seen was red. More specifically, red feathers piercing the bodies of the heroes, killing them or severely injuring them. He then came face to face with the Lion Hero: Shishido. Hawks recognized him as the former 13th top pro, now number 12. Shishido confronted the avian, only to feel a rather dominant aura, causing the hero to submit to Hawks. Hawks commands him to leave, to which the hero does, leaving the public stunned. Many saw the current Hawks as a freak, others called him a monster, and some rather questionable folk called him even more sexy than he was before.
When his debut as a villain spread through Japan, many feared for their lives. The man known to be way too fast, was now a major threat to the population. The man, trained by the commission itself to be the perfect soldier, now against hero society, and ready to put them through the hell he had to endure with all his troublesome undercover work.
Hawks became so much of a threat, that not even the league dared to mess with him, except for Dabi. Dabi didn't fear the bird man, due to being his major weakness. Which meant that Endeavor didn't fear him, which was an issue for Hawks. Though he was rather quick to find Endeavor's weakness, his family. Holding his family hostage was enough to make him submit to Hawks and the League.
When the young heroes in training heard about the historical event happening, different emotions were spread through the dormitories. Fear, Anger, Confusion, Resolve. With a new member, and a rather skilled one at that, the League was practically unstoppable.
Though the young heroes didn't like that fact and decided to put matters into their own hands...
Part 2. Soon...
I don’t know why I saved this picture, and I don’t know why I’m posting it.
Oh, well. Guess we’ll never know...
POV: You see the League of Villains jump out of a window of the bank they just robbed and into a van below, only expect the last one in a waistcoat makes a reckless decision, and drags you along with them.
(P.S.- the artist is @calladraws101)
Deku becomes a villain pretty young and All Might still hasn’t given up heroics because goddamnit he’s not ready to give up being All Might yet. All Might literally cannot fight Villain Deku at full power because this guy is just a KID and doesn’t he have GUARDIAN??? An Adult??? Someone to look after this sassy lost child who definitely shouldn’t be doing such illegal activities???
So All Might finds himself reluctantly stepping into Dad Might role whenever he fights the villain Deku because DAMNIT YOU HAVE YOUR WHOLE AMAZING LIFE AHEAD OF YOU STOP THESE ILLEGAL SHENANIGANS YOUNG MAN
And the whole time Deku can’t decide whether to feel patronized by All Might or thrive off his attention (it’s some unholy mixture of both and the whole time he’s just CONFUSED about his own feelings on the matter) all he knows for sure is that he wants All Might to acknowledge him and his abilities
The whole city is just trying to hold itself together since it’s best hero is apparently trying to parent this unruly villain into submission
It’s got mixed results.
Fucking hell
THIS IS GREAT , when is going out the next chapter?
The television in the café Bakugou usually visited after his day at work was mostly annoying. It mostly flickered between gossip channels and music channels, and it was too loud in spite of his repeated requests of the staff to turn it down. They served good coffee, though, and better beer if he went there later in the evening with his boyfriend. Besides, it wasn’t like he was in the café for a long time, anyways.
One time, while he was resting in his usual spot near the window after a long day of hero work, a news channel was on. Disinterestedly, he watched the newscaster declare the summer to be ‘the hottest Hosu City has ever seen’. But then, the words ‘Breaking News’ flashed across the screen in red. A new newscaster, a man with a booming voice, claimed that a hero had been found dead with his body bruised in several places, in an alleyway not far from where Bakugou lived.
Instantly alert, he checked his phone for more information. The hero’s name was Mineta Minoru. Bakugou’s eyes widened. He’d known him. He’d spent 3 miserable years on the same campus as him, training to become a hero. He’d never spoken to him outside class, but he knew the name and everything associated with it. Mineta Minoru was all over the newspaper those days, implicated in various reports of sexual assault. Bakugou couldn’t say he was surprised. The little worm was a perverted one- that even he knew. But death? Maybe one of his victims had finally snapped and gone on a rampage.
Good for her, Bakugou thought.
But then, the man on TV announced something else. “On the wall next to the body,” he said in a grating, loud voice, “was a message made with green spray-paint. What do you think it means? If the audience have any information on this incident, please contact us at”-
Wow, they’d sure gone pretty far, Bakugou thought. Messages on walls. That was some serious villain shit.
And then they displayed a photo of the crime scene on-screen.
“Everything will be okay,” the message said, the green paint still dripping, bright on the drab wall of what was probably an office building. “The symbol of peace is here.”
Bakugou’s blood ran cold.
Would y’all like to see more of this? Should I write a one-shot? A chapter fic? This is my first time writing fanfiction so tell me :)
Edit: the full chapter is on my AO3 account, nya_kirishima
Thinking of if Captain Marvel (Shazam) turned (sorta) evil and how that would happen.
I can’t actually see him going full evil cause Billy to me is a little ball of sunshine. But in the end he is a child therefore is more vulnerable than any of the adults.
So I can see revenge driving him to kill a villain, not inherently turning him evil, but definitely against his morals.
What if somebody kills someone close to him? What if he is forced to finally see the evil side of the world that even the adults can’t always handle? If he were to have a villain arc it wouldn’t be black and white. He’d be driven to do things by corruption and the idea that he was protecting someone else.
Billy is good, but in the end he is also a vulnerable child who has been given a great power that shows him the hidden evils of a world that has already done him so wrong. He doesn’t have the judgement of an adult as Billy, maybe he might as Captain Marvel with the wisdom of Solomon, but he’s also Billy half of the time.
Idk my brain is just making me sad thinking of a world where Billy was given to much power for his mental health to handle and then someone close to him was killed, nudging him off the edge into a pit of grief and revenge.
