Hi I’m new around here and this is my tribute to PunkFlower >:]

(So I imagine like Peter B. And Miguel being “second dad”s to Miles, and not liking the fact that Hobie is always around Miles because they think he’s a bad influence, and they see how Hobie flirts with Miles. And Miles is just oblivious to everything around him😂)

(Also in this AU they smoothed everything out, defeated The Spot, and Miguel’s “elite strike team” is still in business, working on catching future anomalies)

Miles was about to step through the portal when he felt a web hit his back. He was pulled back roughly and he turned to see Peter and Miguel standing there, staring at him.

Miguel: “Where do you think your going?”

Miles: “Uhh to Hobie’s dimension? We were gonna hang out today and-“

Peter: “No. I will not have my first son hanging around a punk like him.”

Miles: *Really really confused* “What???”

Miguel: “For once, I agree with Peter. You’re staying here.”

Miles tried disagreeing, but the portal closed and Miguel started dragging him away. Peter followed and refused to answer any of Miles’ questions. Eventually Miguel forced Miles to sit at a table and do his homework as Miguel and Layla worked on other things.

Miles ended up secretly texting Hobie through his watch (it’s a new feature Peni helped add) and saying Miguel and Peter won’t let him leave the spider-society so he can’t come. Hobie just sends question marks back, then a few minutes later a portal appears and the punk steps out. Miguel never really liked Hobie in the first place, and just glares at him as he walks over to Miles and sits down next to him.

Hobie: “ ‘Ello luv, whado ya say we get outa ‘ere yeah?”

Miles: *Smiling like an idiot* “Yes please!”

Miguel doesn’t even stop them as another portal appears and Miles steps through. Hobie winks cockily at Miguel with a stupid smirk before turning and following Miles.

Once they’re at Hobie’s place, Miles says he feels like his older brother just picked him up from school early for no reason and Hobie just laughs :] Also you know damn well Hobie’s gonna come into the spider-society a few days later, arm lazily slug around Miles, smirking at Miguel and Peter as he walks in. (And yes Miles is oblivious and just keeps talking like nothing’s happening)

(pls help I’m obsessed with atsv and my friends are starting to get tired of me talking about it all the time💀)

Spider verse is my favorite movie

A note on the music of Spiderverse

Cool detail about this movie that I haven’t seen anyone else point out yet: Blonde Peter (RIPeter), Peter B. Parker, and Miles all have a very similar theme (the same melody, basically!) that varies in key details; mirroring their similarities and differences as a characters.

RIPeter has a very dramatic, modern-y theme. There are french horns and heavy drums and it sounds like it was made to be listened to in a cinema with some high-quality surround sound. It’s super heroic and also goes really hard, making it feel like a very action-packed theme, which fits his character. He’s in his prime, he’s in action. The track’s name is “The Amazing Spider-Man”, reflecting how he completely owns that title. He’s the perfect spiderman, as presented in the movie.

Peter B. Parker has a pretty darn similar theme to RIPeter, but there are differences. The drums and bass music isn’t as forceful, it sounds a little more tune-ful and a little more whimsical. It sounds like it’d be more at home in something like the OG spiderman trilogy than a modern action movie - which, of course, reflects both Peter B.’s age and experience, AND the fact that he’s very much based on that Tobey Maguire spiderman. His song is called “My Name is Peter B. Parker” - he’s not as embroiled in his identity as spiderman as RIPeter is (was), he’s more old and more tired and it plays as such. ALSO - his little melody is actually longer than the other two, also indicating his age.

Miles’ theme probably stand out the most, having that same tune but presenting it very differently. The track is a mix of hip-hop and orchestra, there’s a disk scratch at the beginning, it’s very clearly a different “style” from the other two, more traditional theme tunes. It’s tempo is slightly faster. It has some of the force of RIPeter’s, though not as much, but what’s so key about it is it’s ENERGY. The music is poppy, it inclines you to bop your head up and down to it as you listen. RIPeter’s theme makes you want to sit back and watch the explosions, Peter B’s theme makes you nostalgic for old times of super-heroing - Miles’ theme makes you want to get up and fight alongside him. HIS track is called “Miles Morales returns”, reflecting how he maybe doesn’t see himself as Spiderman yet, but he’s coming back (after being forced to stay behind by the others) and he’s going to do the best he can to live up to that mantle. It’s perfect.

(A final point; RIPeter’s variation and Miles’ variation literally play when they do the same move on the collider, just adding to that comparison between the two.

Anyways, this move and its score are both so far beyond phenomenal it’s unreal.

I try to stay away from most Peter variants, but from what I’ve heard he mayyy have died. Maybe. I heard that from a Deadpool though, so… Take it with a grain of salt.

Spider-Society and The Day of Lots of Involuntary Trips to Earth-19999. (Finally finished this, god damn.)

I hadn’t seen any takes on what Spider-Society was like during Spider-man: No Way Home (2021), so I thought about it too hard.

I.e. I pulled up a clip of No Way Home to see what the Peter-abduction spell would look like from Miguel’s POV, then realized he'd have no idea what he's looking at and would probably mistake it for something else.

I love how this turned out and I’ve been working on it for a while. Still trying to figure out fem!miguel’s design and which one I like more. I will create more designs for a final choice but jeez, it’s really difficult to decide. I really love fem!peters design a lot and I tend to keep it for a VERY long time because this is the best design for me in my opinion.

Here’s the backstory to this: The other day fem!peter was snooping around the office but Lyla let her in on this file on fem!miguels -desktop-, it was called Parker-behaviors,, and there was everyone in spider society on separate files, ofc this file had to be locked but everyone else’s wasn’t. Lyla obviously helped and fem!peter saw everything and this was obviously a jaw drop for her because it wasn’t just mental anger behaviors it was sexual behaviors between different multiverses. Ofc she didn’t know that fem!miguel had access to all this stuff.

Present day fem!peter went to go ask about it.

P: “Hey you~ I have a question..”

M: “what do you want Parker.” -doesn’t pay much attention to fem!peter just looks at the screens-

P: -brings one of the screens closer to herself and tries to open the file- “care to explain what this is?”

M: “what-“ -turns around to see the videos, she could blush-

P: “I didn’t know you had these types of videos of me~”

M: “well if you didn’t go around the whole multiverse being a whore I wouldn’t have videos of you.”

P: “oh- heyyy, that’s me coming out the shower when I forgot my towel.”

M: “…”

P: “Awwww my little stalker~ spider caught your tongue?”

M: “Jesús Christ, Parker.”

Yeahh you’ve been caught.

My favorite thing about Peter Parkedcar is that if you go back to this first movie. Peter (of earth-1610) has the same fricking car in his little spider cave.

So most of the spiders use webslingers meaning they need web fluid. So that they’d have a place to easily get webs Miles makes and decorates little webfluid containers.

I just think this is cute so I though I’d sare!! Also ignore my shit art I can’t draw one bit.

Okay big plot hole I notice after ATSV and I need an answer…

So because of into the spiderverse we know that if someone is in the wrong dimension they’ll glitch because they’re autonomy is built for their dimension. So in Spider-Man: no way home why did Tobey or Andrews Spider-Men not glitch? Like do we know yet or not?!!

Yesss I'm so here for this!

Just watched the Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse with my Mormor (Danish for Mum's mum), because we're seeing Across the Spiderverse tomorrow. And she liked it, surprisingly.

It's hot indeed and now hotter😩😶‍🌫️🌅🌞🌻

It's been so hot lately. It gave me inspiration to draw this! Pool day and a sprinkle of spiderdads! :D
