There is multiple ways to squat, everyone thinks that squatting will build your glutes and complain months later why your Quads are huge but your butt only changed slightly.
Check those shin angles and if your doing it with a barbell do low bar squats (Google it).
Have a trainer or fitness coach teach you how to Deadlift or even sprint. A combination of Low bar squats, Deadlift variations, and sprints will create a butt youβd never expect to have. It takes time but when it happens youβll be in awe how much you can change the butt.

I find your at a place in life where everything seems slow to you. You might be like βwhy isnβt something interesting happening?β, Its more like a resting phase after all the troubles.The advice card surprisingly says you to experience calm and peace lol.The color aqua is the one which you should drip your cosmic soul in.More or less life is asking you to just let things be and find peace in there and experience the moment bit by bit.
Fuck motivation. Itβs a fickle and unreliable little state that isnβt worth your time. Better to cultivate discipline than to rely on motivation. Force yourself to do things, to get out of bed, to go the gym, to work harder and smarter; force yourself to do stuff when you donβt feel like doing anything. Motivation is fleeting, and itβs easy to rely on because it requires no concentrated effort to get. Motivation comes to you, you donβt even have to chase after it. Discipline is reliable; motivation is momentary. The real question isnβt how to keep yourself motivated, itβs how to train yourself to work without it.
