A little note too women who think squats will build a butt

IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO SQUAT, DROPPING YA ASS TO THE FLOOR AINT KNOW SQUAT.

There is multiple ways to squat, everyone thinks that squatting will build your glutes and complain months later why your Quads are huge but your butt only changed slightly.

Check those shin angles and if your doing it with a barbell do low bar squats (Google it).

Have a trainer or fitness coach teach you how to Deadlift or even sprint. A combination of Low bar squats, Deadlift variations, and sprints will create a butt you’d never expect to have. It takes time but when it happens you’ll be in awe how much you can change the butt.
