The Massage: Joshua Fatu x Black!reader

Joshua had just gotten home off a four hours flight after a gruelling match against his cousin who once again won. His body was aching from every joint and all he wanted was to ease the pain. “Daddy!!” His youngest son Jeyce yelled as he jumped onto him at the front door. “Hey big guy, you doing alright? Not giving mommy trouble while I’m gone?” He asked seriously as he knew his boys loved to annoy their mother. “Nope, but Jeciyah and I helped her cook today!” Jeyce smiled with excitement as his daddy walked up the stairs with him in one arm and his travel bag in the next.

Sending Jeyce off to go play video games with his older brother as it was a Friday so it was weekend, Joshua made a mission of finding his wife, locating her in their bedroom applying lotion to her freshly showered skin while watching some tv series. “Hey babe” he greeted her as he walked over placing a kiss at the corner of her mouth. “How was work? You feeling alright?” Y/n asked in a concerned tone, knowing how cruel her cousin-in-law had been to her husband during the match. “My body’s killing me, but I’ll just sleep it off” Joshua ruled it off, but Y/n being the caring and stubborn wife of his decided against it. “No, I’ll run you a warm bath, then I’ll give you a massage” She said as she walked into the bathroom, turning on the pipe and blocking the drain.

“Strip!” Y/n yelled from the bathroom as she turned off the pipe and added some Epsom’s salt to the water. Walking in and slowly descending into the water, Joshua immediately felt his muscles start to relax. Getting out of the almost cold water, Joshua followed his wife’s instruction to lay on the bed it’s a towel wrapped around his waist for in case one of their sons walked in.

Y/n went into the cabinet, getting some knee-foot oil- she came back into the dark room illuminated by the television screen, she made quick work of her hands as she started massaging the oil into his skin. Moaning and groaning as his muscles released their tensions, Joshua found himself falling asleep as she finished up. “Thank you so much baby. You have no idea how grateful I am for everything you’ve done for me” he thanked her in a sleepy and almost unconscious tone making her laugh. “You’re welcome sleepyhead” Y/n replied as she covered him with the sheet and kissed his forehead, leaving him to sleep.
