Kiribakuweek2020 day 7 - Disney AU
Yay! I managed to complete kiribakuweek! And only a day late! It's an improvement from last year but next year I'll get it on time for sure! (If I'm not completely swamped with exams that is)
I had a bunch of ideas for day 7's prompts but in the end I went with Hercules cuz it just fits really well to me. (but it felt really weird to draw kiri with normal teeth like that) I know it's been done before but I like it so I did it too.
I might draw out some of my other ideas in the near future, if I have time between catching up on school work I neglected in favour of kiribaku fanart, so if anyone out there enjoys my art make sure to keep on the look out for more!! <3

Okay, but young Hercules from the Disney movie looks exactly like how I picture Ron.
Tall, gangly, skinny, big hands, big feet, big ears, long nose, red hair, blue eyes. Am I the only one seeing this?

So you know how there are some fic where Percy classmates read the Percy Jackson books? Ya, I would absolutely love if there was one where the whole world finds out, and you can have Percy being the leader with Annabeth, people in power questioning what the hell’s going on and them being concerned, not about the child soldier thing, but more about how Percy and Annabeth interact as they are the leaders of this really high powered “race” or “new/different” humans (Demigods). Also most of the wars were because of Demigods. And them somehow having to on live TV or something international TV maybe read the Percy Jackson books aloud.
Also, the bombshell of multiple pantheons people questioning history. All of this would be amazing. I feel like people would be questioning some things that happened and also figuring out that Heracles is still alive and how horrible he is that would be fun.
PS: Hercules is Roman and Heracles is actually Greek name for Hercules. I found out some people don’t know this but you realize his name is because Zeus wanted to name him a name that would please Hera and his name is said as HERA-cles (HERA-q-leas)

Muses Hcs
I loved the muses from Hercules. I also love reading head cannons for cannon characters. But when I first noticed that the muses from Hercules had little to none hcs, I kind of wanted to do something about it. So here are a few hcs of the muses in a modern au .
Calliope
Since she's the oldest, she’s probably already graduated college with a master in creative writing
For the sake of mythology and future content, she “dated” Apollo
Since the muses love gushing over Hercules, she probably has some Hercules merchandise in her room that she hides from her sisters, especially Thalia
She has a son named Orpheus, Apollo's the father but she won't let him their son.(But he doesn't care)
Since she's the oldest she stresses about alot of things, also since she's a single mom.
She's a full time English teacher and part time music teacher at a community college
Clio
In the movie and show she's kinda forgotten even though she has her own voice actress, so to me she gives middle child vibes even though she's the second oldest.* She's a history major so she probably studies with Milo Thacth and help him with his Atlantis project* Since she's forgotten within her sisters, she has an attitude towards most people(especially Thalia).
She's also really smart and butts in on things that need her intelligent input> Thalia:" People call it a vase cause it is a vase Tersichore!"> Tersichore: " Yea, well, I'm not people's and I prefer vaz! "> Clio: " Well you both are correct it just depends o. What region you're in"> Thalia and Tersichore: ...

And she doesn't live up to the stereotype, she loves being bold and dramatic as ever(which has helped her get out of so many things)!
She's a first year in college majoring in Theater* She a regular at The Pummelled Pomegranate ( the episode Hercules and the Complex Electra.)
She loves improv, jazz, and the blues .
She also has big dreams of being a famous jazz singer, but isn't really open with her dream
Tersichore
She's super energetic! Loves being active and showing off.
Out of all of her sisters she's been to the most parties, with or without permission.*
She's in high school and is wanting to make a career out of dancing*
She loves celebrating countries and their ethnic groups, especially her own
She and Thalia always argue over who's younger
Bouns: Since she was the only muse to have interacted with Hercules, they have a mutual friendship.

She's also in high school with Tersichore, expect she wants to be a comedian* She loves making people laugh especially if those people are random strangers* To her, annoying her sisters is the only true joy one can have in life
Since the muses love Hercules best believe every now and then she'll send Hercules fan mail or show up out of the blue and fangirl over him
