hey uh. I’ve been struggling with this a lot so. Positivity post for people who pick at our skin. We’re not weak for not being able to stop or always stay stopped, and we’re not gross for picking, and we don’t have to feel guilty, and we are allowed to complain that it hurts or we feel gross or we can’t stop or we’re always bleeding or whatever even though it’s something we theoretically have control over. It’s tough. Carry on. It can be really hard to talk about and hard to deal with and I’m proud of all of us.
