They can't and don't plan to force the studios to do it. Also diversity means targetting a wider audience which benefits both the studios and the players. This is what they actually do when they work with studios.

How can you say in the same sentence that you don't want to buy ANY of the games that SBI worked on, but, that actually their impact is minimal and barely visible on the en product, while you also clearly don't really know what they actually do or work on ? They are NOT the ones creating the characters, they just help write them. The studios are the ones that want to include more diverse characters into their games and a tiny consultant studio cannot in any way shape or form have that much of an impact on the entire gaming industry. As an example, Alan Wake 2's game director himself said that SBI had NO involvement in the decision to make the protagonist black. The problems present in games today aren't because of inclusivity, SBI didn't force Suicide Squad to be a live service game filled with shitty micro-transactions.
